All bets for the US Elections are ‘All-in’ bets and will stand no matter when the election actually takes place. Should the elections be postponed, bets will still have action, regardless of how long they are postponed.

For bets on matchups, vote totals, primary races or any other market which does NOT directly result in a candidate securing a position in an office, the official results will be based upon those published on the following site:

* This applies to elections held within the United States only. For races in other countries, bet settlement will be based on results from official government websites (in the case of any discrepancy, Betcris will decide which site will be used for grading purposes).

For bets on a candidate to win an office, all bets will be settled at the time of the winner’s swearing-in ceremony.

Once lines are posted, all bets will have action, even if the candidate withdraws from the race early.
