General Wagering Rules

  1. Clients will not be able to cancel or modify any bets once they are confirmed.
  2. On over/under wagers, over-time periods are included in the final score (unless otherwise specified).
  3. When wagering on halftime lines, the overtime period(s) are included as a part of the second half.
  4. All minimums, maximums, and betting payout prices are subject to change without prior written notice.
  5. Regarding suspended games, protest games, or overturned decisions, Betcris follows Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes. Otherwise, Betcris does not recognize suspended games, protests and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
  6. All betting payoffs are calculated based on the odds in effect at the time of the wager.
  7. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, whether it has to do with the Rotation Number, Names, Odds, Schedules, or the maximum bet of a forecast, any wagers will be deemed a ‘no action’ wager, and all money will be refunded accordingly to the account.
  8. Dates and kick-off time of events shown are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has started, the selection(s) affected will be made void.
  9. All futures wagers are accepted as “All-In”. Stakes are lost on a future bet if a selection (a player a team, etc.) does not take part. In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one betting option, the payout will be divided by the number of players/competitors tied.
  10. Winners and losers are official after:
    • Soccer 90 minutes of play – Overtime and/or Penalty shots are not included.
    • Football – NCAA & NFL – 55 minutes of play.
    • Basketball – NBA – 43 minutes of play.
    • Basketball – NCAA – 35 minutes of play.
    • Hockey – NHL – 55 minutes of play.
  11. Overtime periods or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line, and handicap bets, unless specified and with the exception of soccer lines, which include a fee for a draw.
  12.  All period and quarter bets placed are for that specific period or quarter only. All overtime bets placed will be on the full overtime, regardless of the number of overtimes.
  13. Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must be played to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for betting purposes.
  14. The resolution of sports markets adheres to the specified conditions, unless the rules pertaining to a specific sport or market state otherwise. In the event of any discrepancy between the Specific Sports Rules and the General Rules, the Specific Rules take precedence. The General Rules are applicable to any bet category or market not explicitly addressed in the Specific Sports Rules.
  15. In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one betting option, the dead heat rule applies. Under the dead heat rule, the payout will be the total bet amount (stake plus win) divided by the number of players tied, minus the stake.
