Proof of Income is a document that may be requested to validate the source of your funds, as part of the platform’s security checks.

Proof of Income will only be requested when necessary, in cases such as:

  • Before completing a withdrawal, when required by the system
  • During periodic account verification processes

🧩 HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT

📘 Step-by-Step

The process is simple and quick to complete. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Betcris account.
  2. Click on the “Cashier.”

👉 Mobile users: The “Cashier” is located in the Main Menu (top left corner of your screen).
👉 Desktop users: The “Cashier” is located at the top of your screen.

  1. Select the “Account” icon at the top of your screen.
  2. Click on “Document Verification” at the bottom of the Cashier.
  3. Select “Document Verification” and then “Proof of Income.”
  4. Follow the instructions to prepare your document image and click “Start.”
  5. Click “Upload File,” select the appropriate file to attach, and then click “Submit.”
  6. Check the status of your document in the “History” section. The Cashier will display the current status of your verification.
