The credit or debit card verification process helps us ensure that there is a real person behind each account, as well as the legality of the funds used for betting.

Completing the verification process of your card in your Betcris account is very simple. You just need to follow these steps:

1. Login to your Betcris account.
2. Click on ‘Cashier’.
   • Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
   • Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
3. Select your ‘Account’ icon at the top of your screen.
4. Click on the ‘Document Verification’ icon at the bottom of the Cashier.
5. Select ‘Documents Verification’ and then ‘Card Verification’.
6. Follow the instructions to verify your card and click on ‘Start’.
7. Select the card you want to use and click on ‘Verify’.
8. Follow the instructions about image preparation, select the ‘Front’ option to send a picture of the front of your card and then click on ‘Send’.
9. Check the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.

Important:

The image must include your name and the card expiration date; the digits must be hidden, so that only the first six (6) and the last four (4) digits are visible.
