The process of updating personal data helps us ensure that there is a real person behind each account, as well as the legality of the funds used for betting.
Completing the update of your personal data is very simple. You just need to follow these steps:
- Login to your Betcris account
- Click on ‘Cashier’.
- Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
- Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
- Select your ‘Account’ icon at the top of your screen
- Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon at the bottom of the Cashier
- Select the ‘Update info’ option, follow the instructions about image preparation and click on ‘Start’
- Choose the data you want to update, either email, phone number, physical address or name, and then click on ‘Continue’
- Enter the updated information and click on ‘Continue’
- Click on the identity document or proof of address box, attach your image and click on ‘Send’
- Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.
Important:
To update your data you must have completed the identity verification process.
