Personal Data Confirmation is a process that allows you to verify your account information when required by Betcris.

👉 This process helps strengthen your account security and ensures compliance with the platform’s internal controls.

🧩 WHEN IS IT REQUIRED?

📘 Process Activation

Personal data confirmation is not required at all times and will only be requested in the following cases:

  • When the system requires validation of your information
  • When it is necessary to update your details
  • When requested by Betcris as part of its security controls

🧩 HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR DATA

📘 Step-by-Step

The process is simple and quick to complete. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Betcris account.
  2. Click on “Cashier.”

👉 Mobile users: The “Cashier” is located in the Main Menu (top left corner of your screen).
👉 Desktop users: The “Cashier” is located at the top of your screen.

  1. Select the “Account” icon at the top of your screen.
  2. Click on “Document Verification” at the bottom of the Cashier.
  3. Select “Personal Data Confirmation” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Review the required fields and click “Start.”
  5. Complete the requested information, check the box at the bottom of the screen, and click “Submit.”
  6. Check the status of the process in the “History” section. The Cashier will display the current status.

⚠️ Considerations

  • Personal data confirmation will only be required when requested by the system
  • Providing incorrect information may result in temporary restrictions on your account
  • The process will only be requested again if necessary, based on internal validations
