📘 Process Activation
Personal data confirmation is not required at all times and will only be requested in the following cases:
- When the system requires validation of your information
- When it is necessary to update your details
- When requested by Betcris as part of its security controls
🧩 HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR DATA
📘 Step-by-Step
The process is simple and quick to complete. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Betcris account.
- Click on “Cashier.”
👉 Mobile users: The “Cashier” is located in the Main Menu (top left corner of your screen).
👉 Desktop users: The “Cashier” is located at the top of your screen.
- Select the “Account” icon at the top of your screen.
- Click on “Document Verification” at the bottom of the Cashier.
- Select “Personal Data Confirmation” from the dropdown menu.
- Review the required fields and click “Start.”
- Complete the requested information, check the box at the bottom of the screen, and click “Submit.”
- Check the status of the process in the “History” section. The Cashier will display the current status.
