Which documents can I attach?

To verify your address, you can attach:

  • A recent statement or reference letter issued by any person carrying on relevant financial business in Malta or equivalent activities in another accredited jurisdiction.
  • A recent utility bill of a service installed and provided at a residential property.
  • Correspondence from a central or local government authority, department or agency.
  • A lease contract.
  • An official certificate of conduct.
  • Any other government-issued document not mentioned above.
  • Correspondence sent by registered mail or courier that allows us to obtain documentary evidence that it was actually delivered and signed for at the residential address provided by the customer.

The document must be of personal title (we will not accept documents on behalf of a third party), and must have the letterhead of the issuing institution, and a recent date that does not exceed the last 3 months. If you send a telephone bill, remember that it must be from a landline (we will not accept cell phone documents).
