E-wallet Verification

The e-wallet verification process helps us ensure that there is a real person behind each account, as well as the legality of the funds used for betting.

Completing the e-wallet verification process in your Betcris account is very simple. You just need to follow these steps:

Mobile users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen and then on ‘Cashier’

 

3. Select your ‘Account’ icon

4. Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon at the bottom of the Cashier

5. Select the ‘Documents Verification’ option and then ‘ E wallet Verification’

6. Follow the instructions about image preparation and click on ‘Start’

7. Click on the ‘E-wallet screenshot’ box and click on ‘Public Service Receipt’, attach the documents and click on ‘Send’

8. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.

Desktop user:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ at the top left of your screen

3. Select your ‘Account’ icon

4. Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon at the bottom of the Cashier

5. Select the ‘Documents Verification’ option and then ‘E wallet Verification’

6. Follow the instructions about image preparation and click on ‘Start’

7. Click on the ‘E-wallet screenshot’ box and click on ‘Public Service Receipt’, attach the documents and click on ‘Send’

8. Check the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.

IMPORTANT:

You can send a screenshot or capture that shows, where allowed, the following information:

  • Your information such as account number or e-mail registered in the service used
  • Your name
  • The URL of the website at the time the screenshot was taken
  • A transaction receipt, if you have already made one with this wallet.
