E-wallet Verification

The e-wallet verification process helps us ensure that there is a real person behind each account, as well as the legality of the funds used for betting.

Completing the e-wallet verification process in your Betcris account is very simple. You just need to follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Betcris account.
  2. Click on ‘Cashier’.
    • Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
    • Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
  3. Select your ‘Account’ icon.
  4. Click on the ‘Documents Verification’ icon at the bottom of the Cashier.
  5. Select the ‘Document Verification’ option and then ‘Ewallet Verification’.
  6. Follow the instructions about image preparation and click on ‘Start’.
  7. Click on the ‘Ewallet screenshot’ box and click on ‘Public Service Receipt’, attach the documents and click on ‘Send’.
  8. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.

Important:

You can send a screenshot or capture that shows, where allowed, the following information:

  • Your information such as account number or e-mail registered in the service used.
  • Your name.
  • The URL of the website at the time the screenshot was taken.
  • A transaction receipt, if you have already made one with this wallet.
