Personal Data Confirmation

Personal Data Confirmation is a mandatory process that allows the verification of user information before performing transactions in the cashier.
This process ensures account security and compliance with the platform’s internal controls.

When is data confirmation requested?
• When accessing the cashier for the first time.
• When the system needs to validate or update information.

How do I confirm my personal data?
The process is simple and quick. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Betcris account.
  2. Click on “Cashier.”
    • Mobile user: the “Cashier” is in the “Main Menu” at the top left of your screen.
    • Desktop user: the “Cashier” is located at the top of your screen.
  3. Select the “Account” icon at the top of your screen.
  4. Click “Document Verification” at the bottom of the Cashier.
  5. Select “Personal Data Confirmation” from the dropdown menu.
  6. Review the fields to be completed and click “Start.”
  7. Complete the requested information, check the box at the bottom of the screen, and click “Submit.”
  8. Check the status of the process in the “History” section. The “Cashier” will show the status of the process.

Important information
• Data confirmation is mandatory to make deposits and withdrawals.
• Incorrect information may result in temporary restrictions.
• The process will only be requested again if required by the system.
