- Authorize the system to access your location during the process, then click on “Continue.”
- Select the document you want to scan (ID card, license, passport, etc.) (You must authorize the use of your device’s camera).
- Place the identity document as instructed on your device screen. It’s important to be in a well-lit area to facilitate the process. Once accepted, click on “Continue.”
- Show the back of your identification, position it as instructed on your device, and allow the system to scan it. It’s important to be in a well-lit area to facilitate the process. Once accepted, click on “Continue.”
- Use your device’s camera to take a selfie or self-portrait. It is important not to wear accessories such as hats or glasses. Click on “Continue” and position your face inside the oval shown by the system.
- Once the photo is captured and the system shows the message “Successful life test,” click on “Continue.”
- Done! You have completed the identity verification process.
