The identity verification process helps us ensure there is a real person behinid each account, as well as the legality of the funds used for betting.

Completing the identity verification process in your Betcris account is very simple. All you need is to follow these steps:

1. Login to your Betcris account
2. Click on ‘Cashier’.

3. Select the “Your Account” icon at the top of your screen.
4. Click on the “Identity Verification” icon at the bottom of the Cashier.

5. Click on “Next” to start your identity verification process. Make sure you have a stable internet connection (we recommend using a  Wi-Fi connection).
6. Click on “Get Started” to start scanning your official documents.
7. Please read and accept the terms and conditions so you know why we need your information. Once you are done, click on “Continue”
8. Allow the system to use your location so you can continue with the process. Once your location has been confirmed, click on “Continue”.
9. Please choose the document you wish to scan (official ID card in your country, passport, driver’s license). You must authorize the system to use your device’s camera to complete this step.
10. Place your document as instructed on your mobile device. It is important to be located at a well-lit environment to make this process easier. Once the system has scanned and approved the document, click on “Continue”
11. Now, show the back of your ID and place it as instructed on your mobile device so the system can scan it. It is important to be located in a well-lit environment to make this process easier. Once the system has scanned and approved the document, click on “Continue”.
12. Use the camera on your device to take a selfie. It is important to take the picture without using hats, glasses or any other item that obstructs your face. Click on “Continue” and fit your face inside the circle displayed by the system to have your picture taken.
13. Once the picture is approved and the system shows the sentence “successful proof of life”, click on “Continue”.
14. All set! You have now completed the identity verification process.
