What currencies are accepted by Betcris?

We have multiple currencies such as Euros, Pounds, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Swedish Krones, Norwegian Krones, Mexican Pesos, Quetzals, and others. When you register for the first time, you will be able to select the currency type according to your country. Please note that once the account has been opened, the currency cannot be changed.

Do I have to pay taxes on the money I earn at Betcris?

Betcris does not report information concerning the activities of its customers. It is your responsibility to declare any profits or losses to the respective tax authority in your country.

How do I fund my account?

Betcris offers you a variety of deposit methods. For a complete list of these methods, visit our Deposits section in our Help Center. Any deposit method you want to use must be on your behalf.

Additionally, we have different agencies where you can make your transactions. Both deposits and withdrawals can be made in different Betcris agencies in your country, if they are available. If you need more information you can always contact our Customer Care team.

Is there any extra charge for using my debit/credit card?

There is no extra charge for using your debit or credit card with Betcris. All transactions are handled as a regular purchase and we assume any additional processing costs.

We recommend that you always verify with your bank if international or other fees apply.

Why was my deposit rejected?

This may be due to several reasons, including:

  • Insufficient funds on your card
  • Your card does not allow international purchases or at gambling sites
  • Incorrect card information, such as owner’s name, expiration date or security code (CVV)
  • Company policies do not allow third party cards

We always recommend that you contact your bank to make sure that the card you are using does not have any restrictions.

Why is my deposit not credited yet?

This may be due to several reasons, including:

  • It is in process and will be checked soon to be accredited
  • It corresponds to a bank transfer; please report your deposit through the cashier online 
  • It is a Safety Pay deposit, remember that once you make the deposit, it may take 30-60 minutes to be credited automatically; however, if after this time it has not been credited, you have used an expired, repeated or incorrect code, or the amount deposited is incorrect or less than USD$20 (or its equivalent in your local currency), please contact our Customer Care team.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Betcris will always try to send your money using the same method that was used to deposit it. Any additional amount of the original may be processed through a different method available at the online Cashier. For more information about Withdrawal Policies click here.

Additionally, you will be able to withdraw at one of our Betcris Agencies.

Why is my withdrawal not credited yet?

This may be due to several reasons, including:

  • The withdrawal request may still be under review
  • The withdrawal may be delayed, depending on the method you used and your bank response speed
  • The withdrawal was sent to a VISA debit or credit card and may take up to 30 minutes for the funds to be credited to your account (if the option is available).

Verify all the above reasons and, if the problem persists, contact our 24/7 Customer Care team.

Why was my retirement rejected?

This may be due to several reasons, including:

  • Card withdrawals (where allowed) must always be made to Visa cards
  • The verification and submission of your documents needs to be done through the virtual Cashier
  • The verification process of your document(s) may have been rejected
  • The previous deposit has not yet been 100% played.
  • It has not yet been 24 hours since your last deposit.

Remember that if you deposited through an ewallet, you must withdraw the money through the same wallet.

To find the closest Red Activa location (valid only for Ecuador), please visit the RedActiva.com agencies.

Please remember that you only need to indicate your Betcris account number and the amount to deposit (the minimum is $10 USD, and the maximum is $300 USD).
