What currencies are accepted by Betcris?

We have multiple currencies such as euros, american dollars, canadian dollars, mexican pesos, quetzals, and others. When you register for the first time, you will be able to select the currency type according to your country. Please note that once the account has been opened, the currency cannot be changed.

Do I have to pay taxes on the money I earn at Betcris?

Betcris does not report information concerning the activities of its customers. However, there will be a 3.5% fee on withdrawals for non-recreational clients. The client is responsible for paying all taxes required by his country, as well as for declaring profits or losses to the respective tax authority.

For specific information for clients in Panama:

As of June 16, 2023 an adjustment on the tax charge on the withdrawal of your earnings became effective. This measure applies to all payments of amounts from USD$10 to US$1,999, for which you must assume 5.5% of the established tax.

How do I deposit funds into my account?

Betcris offers you a variety of deposit methods. For a complete list of these methods, visit our Deposits section in our Help Center. Any deposit method you want to use must be on your behalf (must be the name of the Betcris account holder).

Additionally, we have different agencies where you can make your transactions. Both deposits and withdrawals can be made in different Betcris agencies in your country, if they are available. If you need more information you can always contact our Customer Care team.

Is there any extra charge for using my debit/credit card?

There is no extra charge for using your debit or credit card with Betcris. In case you have any type of charge applied, contact us via Live Chat with the complete statement of account for the period of activity or date for the case review: it must be included from the date the charge was made until the date corresponding to the day of the case request. We recommend that you always verify with your bank if international or other fees apply.

Why was my deposit rejected?

This may be due to several reasons, including:

  • Insufficient funds on your card.
  • Your card does not allow international purchases or at gambling sites.
  • Incorrect card information, such as owner’s name, expiration date or security code (CVV).
  • Company policies do not allow third party cards. The card(s) must be issued in the same country of registration of your Betcris account.

We always recommend that you contact your bank to make sure that the card you are using does not have any restrictions.

Why is my deposit not credited yet?

This may be due to several reasons, including:

  • It is in process and will be checked soon to be accredited.
  • It corresponds to a bank transfer; please report your deposit through the online cashier with the legible receipt and the correct amount.
  • If you make a deposit through a convenience store, remember that once you make a deposit, it may take 30-60 minutes to be automatically credited.

Delays can be due to different factors, such as an incorrect amount sent, an incorrect or expired code, the amount deposited is incorrect or less than the allowed amount. Remember that you can also contact our Customer Service team with a screenshot or photo of your voucher via Live Chat.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Betcris offers you our online cashier where you can find all the withdrawal options for your country. For more information about our Withdrawal Policies click here.

Additionally, we have the option to withdraw in one of our Betcris Agencies.

Why is my withdrawal not credited yet?

This may be due to different reasons depending on the method you have selected, including:

  • The withdrawal request may still be under review.
  • The withdrawal may be delayed, depending on the method you used and your bank response speed.
  • The withdrawal was sent to a VISA debit or credit card and may take up to 30 minutes for the funds to be credited to your account (if the option is available).

Verify all the above reasons and, if the problem persists, contact our 24/7 Customer Care team.

Why was my retirement rejected?

This may be due to different reasons depending on the method you have selected, including:

  • Card withdrawals (where allowed) must always be made to personal, credit or debit Visa cards.
  • The verification and submission of your documents needs to be done through the virtual Cashier.
  • The verification process of your document(s) may have been rejected.
  • The previous deposit has not yet been 100% played or the required rollover for a specified bonus has not been completed.

Remember that if you deposited through an ewallet, you must withdraw the money through the same wallet.
