How do I open an account?

Opening an account is quick and easy; you just need to complete the Registration Form that you can find here where you can create your own password and select the currency available in your country. Once completed, a username and PIN code will be assigned automatically.

How old do I have to be to play at Betcris?

To play at Betcris, you must be older than 18 or 21 years older, according to your country’s legislation.

How secure is my personal information?

Betcris takes care of the security and integrity of its customers’ information through the use of the most advanced technology. Our customers can rest assured that their transactions, as well as their personal information, are completely secure.

Account Security:

Betcris keeps records of every transaction and play for up to 90 days. Any information request can be made by sending an email at help@betcris.com

Betcris does not request more information than is necessary to ensure your privacy. We care about safekeeping all personal information in an accurate and complete manner. Our clients’ personal information will never be shared.

How can I change my password?

Please visit www.betcris.com under the login box, select ‘Can’t access your account? There, you can enter your Betcris account number or your email address to receive an email with your account and/or a link to change your password.

Make sure to enter the email address you registered in your Betcris account.

If you are still unable to recover your account password, please contact our Customer Service team at help@betcris.com or via Live Chat.

How do I retrieve my account PIN?

If you forgot your PIN, first log in to your Betcris account and then log in:

Mobile users:

1. Click on your ‘Account’ icon at the top right of your screen

2. Select ‘PIN****’

You can view your current PIN or change it by entering a new 6-digit code.

Desktop/desktop users:

1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon at the top right of your screen

2. Select ‘Security’ and then ‘PIN’ at the top right of your screen.

You can view your current PIN or change it by entering a new 6-digit code.

Why is my account closed?

This may be due to several reasons, including:

  • You need to verify that your user and password are correct
  • You must complete the identity verification process
  • You may have made a transaction with a third party card, which is not allowed
  • You need to confirm the ownership of any of the cards used.

If you still can’t log in, here are some possible solutions:

  • Deletes cookies and history from all browser times
  • Go to the Betcris site using Google Chrome as your browser
  • Verify that you are not connecting from an IP different than the one in your country.
