With the ‘Pay to Card- Visa Direct’ option you can make withdrawals directly to your credit or debit card.
Follow these steps to make a withdrawal:
- Login to your Betcris account.
- Click on ‘Cashier’.
- Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
- Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
- Select ‘Withdrawal’→ ‘Pay to Card’.
- Enter the desired amount.
- Choose the card.
- Click on ‘Verify Withdrawal’.
- Enter the security code that was sent to you via text message or email.
- Click ‘Withdraw‘.
Follow these steps if you want to add a new card:
- Click on ‘Add card’
- Enter your name, the 16-digit number, expiration date and security code, as well as your country, province/state and city
- Click on ‘Save’.
Important:
Once your withdrawal is approved, it may take up to 24 hours to be reflected on your card.
This method is only available for Visa cards.
Two-Factor authentication (2FA):
- If the phone number you have registered is a landline, the system will call that number and a voice message will provide you the security code.
- Please note that you can only register your phone number once. If you have entered your number incorrectly or wish to change it, please contact us via Live Chat.
