Follow these steps in order to withdraw by bank transfer:

1. Login to your Betcris account.
2. Click on ‘Cashier’.
   • Mobile users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
   • Desktop users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
3. Select ‘Withdraw’ → ‘Local Banks’.
4. If this is your first withdrawal it will be necessary to select the option that indicates: ‘Register a new account’ and enter the requested personal information as well as the bank account information with the corresponding details.
   Note: This information will be stored in your Betcris account for future withdrawals.
5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, choose your account and click on ‘Confirm’.
6. Ready! The withdrawal will be reviewed by the department in charge; once this evaluation is completed, you will receive an email notifying you of the final status of your request.

Remember that you cannot enter any third-party information to withdraw your winnings.
