Reporting your deposit helps us ensure that there is a transaction made on your account, as well as the legality of the funds used for betting.
Completing the report process of your deposit in your Betcris account is very simple. You just need to follow these steps:
- Login to your Betcris account.
- Click on ‘Cashier’.
- Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
- Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
- Select ‘Deposits’ and then ‘Bank Transfer’.
- Choose the bank of your preference.
- Use the information provided by the Cashier and enter it in your banking platform.
- Click on ‘Report Deposit’ once you have made the transfer.
- Fill in the requested fields with your deposit information, click on ‘Upload Voucher’, where you can select the image from your PC or cell phone, and then click on ‘Report’.
What information should my bank deposit receipt include?
The bank deposit receipt must show without exception:
- Customer’s name and last name (if the printed voucher does not allow it, you must write the Betcris account name and number on the paper).
- Receiving or beneficiary bank.
- Transfer amount.
- Date and time of transfer.
- Reference number or receipt number.
