Follow these steps to deposit with your card:
- Login to your Betcris account.
- Click on ‘Cashier’.
- Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
- Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
- Select ‘Deposit’→’Cards.
- Add card.
- Add the requested information if this is the first time you are using a card (to speed up the process, the next time you make a deposit, your card details will already be stored) and click on ‘Save’.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit, your ID number and click on ‘Next’.
- Select ‘Confirm’ to complete the transaction. Funds will be credited immediately.
Important:
- The card issuing bank must be located in the country registered in your Betcris account.
- The cardholder’s name must match the one registered in your Betcris account.
- All cards must be personal; corporate, business or third-party cards are not allowed.
- We accept VISA, Master Card and AMEX cards.
- You need to add your verification code (CVV). The CVV is a 3-4 digit code, located on the back of the card which is used as a security method for transactions such as hone or internet purchases. For AMEX cards, it is a 4-digit code and is in the front.
