Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Betcris Loyalty Program or claiming any of its benefits, you automatically agree that your participation is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

The Betcris Loyalty Program rewards its users with points (BetPoints), which can be used to obtain various Rewards. Rewards include Free Plays and Cashback.

The Betcris Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Loyalty Program’ or ‘Program’) operates under the rules set forth below, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your participation in this Program will be governed by these rules, and it is the user’s responsibility to read and understand them, including the rules, benefits, and responsibilities.

1. General

1.1- The following Terms and Conditions form the basis of your participation in the Program.

1.2- Specific restrictions apply to the Program, and Betcris reserves its right of admission:

  1. The Loyalty Program does not apply where prohibited by law and is not available in the following restricted countries.
  2. The Loyalty Program is not available to non-recreational players (professional players).
  3. The Loyalty Program is exclusive to bets on sport events and does not apply to Casino or Horse Racing.

1.3- By joining our Loyalty Program and using your account to receive and redeem benefits, you agree that:

  1. You have read and agree to the rules and Terms and Conditions of Betcris.com.
  2. You consent to the use of your personal data by the Company and the Loyalty Program if deemed necessary in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1.4- All benefits of the Loyalty Program are subject to availability, and Betcris may change them at any time without prior notice.

1.5- Betcris may terminate the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. If the Loyalty Program is canceled, all unredeemed BetPoints (BP) will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and no redemption claims will be granted after the conclusion of the Program.

1.6- All decisions related to the interpretation, application, or administration of the Program Rules are at the sole discretion of Betcris, and any disputes related to the Program and any benefits offered will be determined solely by Betcris.

1.7- Participants are responsible for paying all taxes, service fees, government charges, and other unspecified costs that may be incurred with respect to Rewards as part of the Program.

1.8- Once Rewards are redeemed, no changes or refunds are allowed.

1.9- Participants must have an active and valid Betcris account to receive rewards. Closed accounts (at user’s request) or inactive/disabled accounts are not eligible to receive rewards unless the account is reopened in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of use.

1.10- Betcris reserves the right to exclude or limit any user from the program at any time.

1.11- BetPoints of users who have chosen to self-exclude their Betcris account will remain intact from the exact date of self-exclusion until the end of that period.

1.12- The monetary equivalences corresponding to Program rewards are based on Betcris’s internal exchange system.

2. The Program

2.1- The Loyalty Program consists of 6 levels. Advancing to higher levels will be based on earning points by placing bets. Each level will include a set of benefits and specific requirements for Participants.

2.2- Participants can redeem accumulated points in the REDEEM section within the Loyalty Program section by logging into their Betcris account. Specific benefits will be unlocked based on the Participant’s progress in the Program. Point calculation will be updated daily.

2.3- Points

  • BetPoints:
    Points awarded when the Participant places bets.
  • They can be redeemed in the REDEEM section of the Loyalty Program.
  • BetPoints are credited based on the lower bet amount between the amount risked and the amount to be won. 
  • These points expire 12 months after they are awarded.

2.4- Currency

The Loyalty Program will exclusively use the US dollar as the conversion currency. This means that all transactions in other currencies will be converted and displayed in dollars.

2.5- Levels:

  • Level 1- BRONZE: automatically activated once the Participant places their first bet.
  • Level 2- SILVER: Upon accumulating 500 BetPoints in a period of the last 12 months, your account will be upgraded to the Silver level of the rewards program.
  • Level 3- GOLD: Upon accumulating 5,000 BetPoints in a period of the last 12 months, your account will be upgraded to the Gold level of the rewards program.
  • Level 4- PLATINUM: Upon accumulating 50,000 BetPoints in a 12-month period, your account will be upgraded to the Platinum level of the rewards program.
  • Level 5- DIAMOND: Upon accumulating 120,000 BetPoints in a 12-month period, your account will be upgraded to the Diamond level of the rewards program.
  • Level 6- VIP: Available only by Invitation.

2.6- Bets and Points:

All bets, including more complex bets such as Parlays, accumulate BetPoints. BetPoints are credited based on the lowest bet amount between the amount risked and the amount to be won.

3. Rewards

3.1- Free Plays

Regular Free Plays that Participants can redeem using their BetPoints. These Free Plays are subject to Free Play Rules and are reflected in US dollars or their equivalent in local currency. Equivalence of 1000 BetPoints in Free Plays:

3.2- Cashback

These are rewards credited to the Participant’s Betcris account in cash form.

There are no requirements for these rewards to be credited to the Betcris account.

There are no restrictions on withdrawal.

3.3- Scenarios where you do not accumulate BetPoints

  • When you use the ‘Cash Out’ feature.
  • When you make a bet using a Free Play
  • All bets that are classified as ‘Push’, No action, and/or Cancelled/Pending/Voided.
