1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. Select Withdrawal.
3. Choose the CAJERO 5B option.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
5. Complete the required customer information.
6. Confirm the withdrawal request.

Once the withdrawal is confirmed, the customer will receive a WhatsApp message containing the withdrawal details, including:

• Date
• Transaction Type
• Institution
• DPI (Personal Identification Number)
• Reference Code
• Amount

Step-by-Step at the CAJERO 5B

1. Visit any CAJERO 5B
2. Select the Institutions option.
3. Choose COINCAEX.
4. Select Cardless Withdrawal.
5. Enter your DPI and click Continue.
6. On the next screen, enter the Reference Code received via WhatsApp.
7. Enter the withdrawal amount.
8. Choose whether you would like to print the transaction receipt.
9. Wait for the ATM to dispense the cash.
