You can make deposits using cash through multiple collection points.
Follow these steps to make a deposit:
- Login to your Betcris account.
- Click on ‘Cashier’.
- Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
- Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
- Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘Convenience store’ → ‘Pay cash’.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit.
- Select your payment location.
- Click on ‘Generate payment code’.
- Write down your payment code and take note of your expiration date.
- Next, go to the payment location you selected in step 5.
- Ask to make a payment for the company PagoSeguro.
- Enter your Payment Code from step 7 and inform the clerk of the amount of your deposit as indicated in step 4.
- Complete the payment and don’t forget your receipt.
Important
For each new deposit, the system will generate a new code. If the code or amount does not match, the transaction will not be processed.
If you submitted an incorrect amount, used an incorrect code for your deposit, or if the transaction has not been credited within one hour, please contact us via our Live Chat (please have your deposit receipt handy) and also send us proof of payment.
Entering incorrect information may result in a delay in the crediting of your transaction.
