You can make deposits using cash through multiple locations.
Follow these steps to make a deposit:
- Login to your Betcris account.
- Click on ‘Cashier’.
- Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
- Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
- Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘Pay cash’.
- Enter the amount to deposit.
- Complete the process on the website you are redirected to.
Important:
For each new deposit, the system will generate a new code. If the code or amount does not match, the transaction will not be processed.
If you sent an incorrect amount, used an incorrect code for your deposit, or if the transaction is not credited within one hour, contact us through our Live Chat (please keep your deposit receipt handy) and also send us proof of payment.
Entering incorrect data may delay the crediting of your transaction.
