If you do not have access to your Betcris account because you forgot your username or account number, follow these steps to recover it:

1. Enter the Betcris home page.

2. Click on ‘Can’t access your account?’ (if you’re using a mobile device, click on  ‘Log in to your account’ first).

3. Select the option ‘I don’t remember my account ID’.

4. Enter the e-mail address associated with your Betcris account and click on ‘Send my account number’.

5. The system will send you instructions to your email. Follow them to recover your account number and continue enjoying Betcris.
