Tigo Money is an electronic wallet you can use from your mobile phone to send, receive, store, and withdraw money—without needing a traditional bank account. It’s a Tigo service available only in Honduras and operates 24/7, ideal if you prefer managing your money directly from your phone.

• Have an active Tigo number.
• Download the Tigo Money app or use the *555# menu.
• Register with your personal information.

Follow these steps to withdraw with Tigo Money on Betcris:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. Click on Cashier.

o Mobile users: the Cashier is located in the main menu (top-left corner).
o Desktop users: the Cashier is at the top of your screen.

3. Select Withdraw → Tigo Money.
4. Enter the mobile number linked to your Tigo Money account.
5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
6. Click Withdraw to submit your request.
7. Once approved, the funds are credited directly to your Tigo Money wallet.

Important:

• Credit time: once the withdrawal is reviewed by the corresponding team, the credit to your app is immediate.
• Withdrawal limits:

o Minimum amount per withdrawal: L 263.30 (≈ $10).
o Maximum amount per withdrawal: L 5,000.
o Monthly permitted amount: L 15,000.

• Cash withdrawal: if you need physical cash, you can withdraw at Tigo Money agents (see steps below).

How do I withdraw my money in cash from Tigo Money?:
Follow these steps to convert your Tigo Money balance into cash (your withdrawal must already be approved and credited in your app):

1. If you don’t know the nearest agents, dial *555# and choose option 6 to view the available points.
2. You will receive a notification/SMS with the closest Tigo Money agents.
3. Go to the agent of your choice and indicate the amount you want to withdraw.
4. Confirm the transaction from your mobile by logging into the Tigo Money app with your password.
5. Once confirmed, the agent will hand you the cash.

Possible issues and solutions:

• SMS not received: check your signal or confirm the withdrawal directly from the app.
• Expired or incorrect code: generate a new code and try again.
• Pending identity validation: contact us through Betcris Live Chat.
• Blocked PIN or account: dial *555# or message us through Live Chat.
• Agent/cashier without available cash: try another authorized location nearby.
