This method is exclusive for Ecuador. You can use Red Activa at any Western Union that has it available to make your cash withdrawals in real time using your ID and a withdrawal code.
Follow these steps to make a withdrawal:
- Login to your Betcris account
- Click on ‘Cashier’.
- Mobile Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen.
- Desktop Users: the ‘Cashier’ is located at the top of your screen.
- Select ‘Withdrawal’ → ‘Red Activa’.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and click on ‘Withdraw’.
- Check the transaction code sent to your e-mail.
- Visit any Western Union agency that offers the Red Activa service, show the code, your ID and withdraw your funds.
Important:
If you do not receive an email, you can find the transaction code in the online Cashier→ My Account → History → Pending Withdrawals.
The withdrawal will be in process or under review and may be cancelled due to several factors, so we recommend you check ‘Withdrawals’.
If the request is not within the last 10 withdrawals, it means that it is still under review and is then in ‘Pending Withdrawals’.
