SafetyPay

You can use SafetyPay to make deposits using cash through multiple collection points, such as bank agencies or convenience stores.

You also have the option of making online bank transfers with more than 100 authorized banks worldwide. The banks available will depend on your country.

Follow these steps to make a deposit:

Bank transfers

Mobile users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’, at the top left of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’

3. Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘Bank Transfer’→ ‘Internet Banking’ 

4. Enter the amount, select a payment point, and click on ‘Generate payment code’

5. Report the 6-digit payment code provided by the system

6. Follow the steps shown on the screen to confirm your deposit.

Desktop users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ at the top of your screen

3. Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘Bank Transfer’→ ‘Internet Banking’ 

 

4. Enter the amount, select a payment point, and click on ‘Generate payment code’

5. Report the 6-digit payment code provided by the system

6. Follow the steps shown on the screen to confirm your deposit

Convenience stores

Mobile users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’, at the top left of your screen,  and then on ‘Cashier’

 

3. Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘Convenience Stores’ →Pay Cash

4. Enter the amount, select a payment point, and click on ‘Generate payment code’

5. Report the 6-digit payment code provided by the system

6. Follow the steps shown on the screen to confirm your deposit.

Desktop users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ at the top of your screen

3. Select ‘Deposit’ → ‘Convenience Stores’ →Pay Cash

4. Enter the amount, select a payment point, and click on ‘Generate payment code’

5. Report the 6-digit payment code provided by the system

6. Follow the steps shown on the screen to confirm your deposit.

IMPORTANT:

Funds will be credited immediately.

For each new deposit, the system will generate a new code. If the code or amount does not match, the transaction will not be processed.

If you sent an incorrect amount, used an incorrect code for your deposit, or if the transaction is not credited within one hour, contact us through our Live Chat (please keep your deposit receipt handy) and also send us proof of payment.
