Step-by-Step Guide to Make Your Deposit

1. Add the Account for the First Time
   1. Log in to the online cashier and select the “Immediate Transfer” option.
   2. Enter your ID number (DPI) and select “Generate Reference. This reference is unique and will be permanently associated with your account. You can access it again at any time through the online cashier by selecting the “Immediate Transfer” option.
   3. Log in to your bank’s mobile app and access your online banking.
   4. Select the option to add a new account from another bank.
   5. Choose Banco NEXA as the destination bank.
   6. Select Cuenta monetaria as the account type.
   7. In the account number field, enter the reference number generated previously.
   8. You may save the account with a name of your choice for use in future transfers.
   9. Save the account.
2. Make the Deposit
   1. Log in to your bank’s mobile app.
   2. Go to the Bank Transfers section.
   3. Locate and select the account you previously added using the reference number.
   4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
   5. Select the option to confirm or complete the transfer.
