AstroPay Card is a virtual card which you can get every time you request a new withdrawal.

It is necessary that you first download the AstroPay Card App on your cell phone.

Follow these steps to make a withdrawal:

Mobile users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’, at the top left of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’

3. Select ‘Withdrawal’ → ‘AstroPay Card’

4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, your account (phone number) and click on ‘Confirm’.

Desktop users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ at the top of your screen

3. Select ‘Withdrawal’ → ‘AstroPay Card’

4. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, your account (phone number) and click on ‘Confirm’.

IMPORTANT:

Once the withdrawal is requested, you have 24 hours to download the App. If 24 hours have passed, it will be cancelled.

The accreditation time is immediate once it has been validated by the Withdrawals Department.
