Withdrawals through ecoPayz are quick and easy. You can use this option if you have completed your previous deposit using the same method.

The funds are sent to your ecoPayz account and you can easily move them to your bank account.

Follow these steps to make a withdrawal:

Mobile users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’, at the top left of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’

3. Select ‘Withdraw’ → ‘ecoPayz’

4. Enter the amount, your account number, the way tou want to pay with, for example, cash, and click on ‘Verify Withdrawal’.

Desktop users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on ‘Cashier’ at the top of your screen

3. Select ‘Withdraw’ → ‘ecoPayz’

4. Enter the amount, your account number, the way tou want to pay with, for example, cash, and click on ‘Verify Withdrawal’.

IMPORTANT:

You will receive an email about the status of your withdrawal.

The accreditation time is immediate once it has been validated by the Withdrawals Department.
