Verification of Missing or Duplicate Transactions

To report missing or duplicate transactions, you need to attach a bank statement that clearly shows the charge(s) as either processed or posted. Unfortunately, we cannot consider pending transactions or in any other status.

Reporting such transactions is very simple. You just need to follow these steps:

Mobile users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Main Menu’ at the top left of your screen, and then on ‘Cashier’

 

3. Select your ‘Account’ icon at the top of your screen

4. Click on ‘Documents Verification’ at the bottom of the Cashier

5. Select ‘Other documents’, follow the recommendations to report your transaction and click on ‘Start’

6. Choose the card you want to report a transaction from and click on ‘Continue’

7. Select the reason for your report from the drop-down list, either duplicate charge, payment rejected but processed by the bank or additional overcharge on your deposit and click on ‘Continue’

8. Click on ‘Upload Bank Statement’, attach the document and click on ‘Send’

9. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.

Desktop users:

1. Login to your Betcris account

2. Click on the ‘Cashier’ at the top of your screen

3. Select your ‘Account’ icon at the top of your screen

4. Click on ‘Documents Verification’ at the bottom of the Cashier

5. Select ‘Other documents’, follow the recommendations to report your transaction and click on ‘Start’

6. Choose the card you want to report a transaction from and click on ‘Continue’

7. Select the reason for your report from the drop-down list, either duplicate charge, payment rejected but processed by the bank or additional overcharge on your deposit and click on ‘Continue’

8. Click on ‘Upload bank statement’, attach the document and click on ‘Send’

9. Verify the ‘History’, the Cashier will indicate the status of your document.

IMPORTANT:

This verification will only appear in your Cashier if you have already registered a credit or debit card.
